Weeks 3–4
Stage Two
Design
We design your knowledge architecture, content tier structure, access control model and governance framework. You review the design before anything is built. We present our recommendations, you raise questions and we finalise the plan together. No build starts without your approval.
Output: Approved architecture and governance design

Weeks 5–8
Stage Three
Build
We build your Axiom system. Knowledge ingestion, governance configuration, access model implementation and audit logging setup. You see progress at key checkpoints and review the system before it goes live. Nothing is deployed without your sign-off.
Output: Fully configured Axiom system, ready for go-live

Week 9
Stage Four
Onboarding
We bring your organisation on. Role-based access provisioned, team orientation delivered and go-live confirmed with you. Your staff know how to use Axiom, what it can and cannot do and who to contact for support. We stay available through the first two weeks of live operation.
Output: Live system, onboarded team, go-live complete

Stage Five
Partnership
Prosperity Path maintains your system. Regular knowledge reviews, governance updates, platform improvements and audit reporting on request. You have a named contact. We flag anything that needs your attention and implement what you approve. Your intelligence system grows as your organisation grows.
Output: Maintained, current, governed intelligence system
